Our Seaside Sandy Beach is situated only 200 meters away from the spectacular and never-ending Playa del Inglés beach and the main shopping area and nightlife of Playa de Ingles is only 5 minutes in walking distance away.

Is there parking available next to the hotel?

Free public parking spaces are available around our hotel.

Is there an ATM next to the hotel?

Yes, there are several ATMs around our hotel. The nearest ATM is located at the Yumbo Center and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

From what time can I check in at Seaside Sandy Beach?

The room you have booked is guaranteed to be available from 15:00h, but it is of course possible to arrive earlier.

Until what time can I check out?

You can use your room until 12:00h on the day of departure.

Is it possible to have a late check out?

Late Check-out is available on request and subject to availability. Please contact our reception desk in advance.

Does the hotel offer baby cots?

Yes, a baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room?

Yes, it is possible to provide a bed for children (up to 12 years old) in all rooms and upon request.

Are there rooms with connecting doors?

Yes, we have rooms with connecting door. We have several rooms that can be connected by a connecting door or a small, separate corridor. In addition to our family rooms & suites, this makes them ideal for families.

Are there smoking rooms at Sandy Beach?

No, the hotel has no smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed in specified outdoor areas and on the balconies of the rooms.

What are the meal times for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

• Breakfast: 08:00 - 10:30 hrs.
• Lunch: 13:00 - 15:00 hrs.
• Cake and pastries: 15:00 - 16:30 hrs. (included with All Inclusive)
• Dinner summer: 18:30 - 22:15 hrs.
• Dinner winter: 18:00 - 21:15 hrs.

Is it possible to book half board or all-inclusive on site?

Yes, of course. If you change the catering option of your stay from breakfast to half board or from half board to All Inclusive, the hotel will charge an extra supplement per person/day. Said charge will be established by the hotel on the day of arrival.

Do you cater for special dietary needs?

We offer various gluten-free products on request, such as muesli, bread, pizza, pasta, crêpes etc. And of course, we can also adapt our culinary offer for guests with a lactose intolerance. For vegetarians our buffets always offer vegetarian alternatives.

What is the dress code at Seaside Sandy Beach?

The dress code in the Seaside Sandy Beach restaurant in the evening requires men to wear full length trousers and shirts with a sleeve. Please do not wear swimwear, flip-flops, sportswear, shorts or tank tops in the restaurant. In the months of from May to August Bermuda shorts are permitted.

Does the hotel offer WIFI and how much does it cost?

Our WIFI is available free of charge to all hotel guests.

Are pets permitted in the hotel?

Dogs up to 5 kg are welcome in the hotel. The cost per day, per dog is 15 €.

What free service do you offer for a guest's birthday?

We acknowledge our guests with a bottle of cava in their room for their birthday – upon request. Please contact our Front Desk or Management Team.v

Is the pool heated?

Yes, our main pool is heated all year round.

How long is the SPA area open?

The spa is open for bookings and information from 3pm to 8pm and treatments are provided daily from 10am to 8pm and our sauna opening hours are daily from 3pm to 8pm.

Is the entrance to the Spa included in the room price?

Yes, the use of our Finnish Sauna and Steam Sauna in the 10th floor with sea view is included.

Are there gift vouchers for the Spa available?

Yes, you can buy gift vouchers for SPA treatments.

Is there a hair salon?

Yes. You can book an appointment upon arrival.

How many meeting rooms are at the Seaside Sandy Beach?

Flexible event spaces include a 72 m² conference hall with capacity for max. 80 persons.

Can I get a group discount?
